More button for Memojis does not work on iPad Pro 12.9 Gen 3/5

When I try to use the more button (…) in between the memoji stickers and emojis, the button does not do anything. It works fine on my iPhone 13 Pro Max but not either the Gen 3 or 5 iPad Pros. So my iPad is “stuck” with the inability to select different memoji stickers within the keyboard in all apps like Messages, Notes, or any others.

i have reset the iPad, reset it to factory settings (pain), turned emojis off and on and nothing works. Any suggestions?

It sounds like you have tried some troubleshooting to rectify the issue you are experiencing with Memoji already. If you haven't already, we'd suggest next making sure your iPadOS is up-to-date on both devices experiencing the issue. Hi Lindsay,

The iPads and iPhone are always up to date with the latest release of iPadOS and iOS. I check weekly. This is not the cause of the problem nor the resolution to it on either iPad. As mentioned, I have even gone as far as resetting the iPad back to Factory settings and made sure the OS is up to date, waiting forever while apps download again.

What ever it is (...) is not (...) . :-(
