my iphone 7 was factory reset a while ago. i just found it. charged it and now it says "unable to activate" and im unsure of what to do.

Update the phone connecting to itunes with your pc.

I see you selected it’s an iPhone 7. If following the steps in the link given by gowrishsellappan doesn’t work this can be a sign the issue is related to the iPhone 7 Repair Program for "No Service" Issues - Apple Support
