voice control dictate with ms teams

When using voice control to dictate into Microsoft teams I lost in getting a little red icon with a slash through it Open find a reference to this anywhere on the web I wonder what it means? Also on my work MacBook I simply cannot dictate into teams using voice control any particular reason why this would be when it works okay on my personal MacBook?

The red icon showing a crossed-out character is shown in macOS 12.3 when dictation is allowed in the text field, but text editing commands may not function as expected. Contact the vendor of the software or the website and encourage them to fully support Apple's accessibility API so Voice Control's text editing commands will work as well.
