iTunes does not detect iPhone 13 on any pc

Well, since the latest iOS update 15.4.1 iTunes does not recognize my iPhone on Win10. I have tried changing the cables (all original), reinstalling iTunes with different versions, resetting the device. I have tried those steps on several Win10 PCs and still the same. What is interesting is that none of the computers actually detect that and external device is connected to them. This is my first ever iPhone and Apple device , and I do not know much about how to fix stuff. I hope someone here will be able to help me.
