Clock Speed And performance

So, The M1 MacBook Air is really powerful, I liked macOS very very much, I like the Mac a lot, BUT my question is that even after being that good the MacBook sometimes lags, freezes a bit and its clock speed is 1.9Ghz, yes I know that the m1 is really powerful, but such low clock speeds are affecting me a bit, and may become worse, Cause the clock speeds of all the Reviewers on YouTube and on the internet have been around 3.2Ghz, so mine is really slow, So I wanna know can I replace it its just 4 days old and the fragrance is still there or is it a software bug cause the Mac is scoring nearly half the scores on all benchmarks (geek Bech around 1000 instead of 1700 in single core and around 4000 instead of around 7000, and in Cinebench around 3500 instead of the around 7000 scores shown everywhere)...🥲🥲 So replace or bug ??(bug should not affect this much). Ooo and also the webcam its crap like crap, like I could see pixels such a crap webcam, I guess apple gave me a faulty piece😅😩
