one email keeps on flicking on my macbook scree

hello, some of my emails keep on flicking on my Mac book screen. I have try a few suggesting. But the problem remain.

Gmail not showing up in mail macOS Ventura My Gmail account is not showing up in Mail. The account shows up in the list of internet accounts and calendar dates are synchronized in Ical, but next to the email setting the status button it only shows "checking." This is not an issue on my other devices that are still running on Catalina.

Mail don't load graphics in Ventura When I receive an email with graphics, in Mail, it loads with a question mark. The same email opened in Safari has the pictures.
