Can't use only adobe Illustrator application last 1 hours

Hi there, I'm a graphic designer, and maximum the time I work with the adobe illustrator application but suddenly for the last 1 hour I can't use the Illustrator application.

When you open the illustrator application nicely open the application but it's showing a loading mouse icon when trying to new file and can't completely use the Adobe Illustrator application.

Please anyone can help me. I'll remember you for a long time.
