Antivirus One from Apple Store

I dowloaded Antivirus One from Apple Store and ran on my iMan running OS Monterey 12.3.1

I Got a X 1 High risk!!

Fix the following 5 items to get comprehensive protection

item 3 Medium risk items ! Low risk

So what do I do now?

Should I click Upgrade?

Or just ignore ?

iMac 21.5″, macOS 12.3

Uninstall the antivirus app. Third party anti virus apps are not required and can cause problems.

I agree with Bob. It will also seriously slow down your computer. As to the identified 'risks', ignore them. Apple has its own built-in protection.
