Belkin Boost Pro fast chargers for Apple Watch 7

I took mine back as it was new and changed it for the upright arm one which I am delighted with, my watch 7 will charge in about an hour and iPhone 12 Pro Max is very fast.

I spoke to Belkin first and they were awaiting Apple, agent suggested the other model.

Happily paid the extra £10.

(The faulty model took over 5 hours to charge the Watch.)

I just bought the new Belkin MagSafe Boost Charge Pro from my Apple Store. The three in one is specifically specified for Watch7.

Expensive at £129.99 but I decided to buy what seemed to be the best charger for my iPhone 12 Pro Max and Watch 7 combination.

The items box says "Faster Charging for Apple Watch Series 7"

Disappointed so far in that it took over 3.5 hours to charge the watch from zero.

(iPhone 12 took about 2.5hours from zero, haven't evaluated that but seems reasonable)

Anyone else have experience of this charger please?

Maybe it will improve with time.

On a positive note I am very impressed at time between charges for the watch itself and love the watch.

(I have a cheapo dual charger which just charged the watch in just under two hours, have used this one for a long time with Watch5, the charger came from well known online shop about two years ago about £40 and completely reliable)

This is a known issue and they are doing absolutely nothing to fix it. Perfect show of the priorities of how Apple now operates.
