iPhone 13 & iPhone 7+

Does anyone know why iPhone 13 has "nearby interactions" but iPhone 7+ does not, both phones have the same software update ?

Nearby interactions requires the U1 Ultra Wideband chip, which is only in the iPhone 11 and later. Unfortunately, the necessary hardware simply doesn't exist in the iPhone 7 Plus.
