iPhone XR got hacked

I have a XR I got hacked about 2 years ago. Ok see the guy got in deep to my iClouds and pictures and my emails. He hacked my while I was setting up my new email lol I think same man is back and unfortunately it’s late new phone’s new account s ect we’ll I think the same guys back I need to speak with someone in cyber security cuz I know it’s him! Voice accents and the dialect! Never forget it. Please he’s in Aiken out my apps items off FBMP and he calls me all the time I hated I . Well I’ve enroll to work her iiwhat can I do I think I also have virus Too.please I hope he doesn’t read this please someone help me! God bless
