I updated my iCloud storage to 200 GB because I didn't have enough storage space for my photos anymore. now I see that I have 200 GB storage space, but he does not want to update all photos to iCloud, while it should be possible now because there is enough storage space.
What can I do?

Yess I just did it, but it doesnt do anything yet.
I also dont get a loading bar or anything. This is what I get. It says 278 items were not uploaded to iCloud. And that iCloud doenst have enough storage. but thats not true
Did you connect your iPhone to a charger and Wi-Fi, and open the Photo app after that?
Depending on the amount of data, it may take a very long time until all of the photos sync to iCloud Photos.
