I cannot hear my callers speaking but they can her me? When on speaker everything is fine so I don’t know what to do?

If the above options do not mitigate the issues then Contact your carrier and then Contact Apple Support

I’m having the same issue and tried the suggestions provided but it did not fix the issue. The only way I can hear the caller is on speaker.

Has it been fixed ?
