glitching

Hi my phone keeps glitching every time I try to call someone. It sounds like static coming from the other end. I keep getting a lot of spam mail and I’ve noticed it increasing in the past couple days. my phone overheats super easily and the battery seems horrible. I don’t know what’s wrong please help

If you have a hearing or sound issue on your device then please try some of these processes to set it right

If the above options do not mitigate the issues then Contact your carrier and then Contact Apple Support
