Paring Apple Watch with new phone

Hello. About two weeks ago I damaged my phone. Today I got new phone and want to pair it with Apple Watch. Problem is that I don’t want to loos all the data from my watch. And all I found is to restart my Apple Watch and than pair it with new phone
