I have an Apple Watch paired to an iPhone that was robbed, now I want to pair it with a new iPhone but without erasing or losing the data in the Apple Watch (it isn’t in iCloud). What can I do?

Sorry to hear you were robbed of your iPhone.
Seems the only way to un-pair a Watch from a phone you no longer have, is to erase the Watch. I may be wrong.

If needed: Watch Support website (info. / support / contact)

Well, I was able at least to recover the photos I had in favourites and featured (since I could see those on my watch) by sharing them, but I guess for the rest I'll just have to erase my Watch. Thank you anyways!
