Macbook Keyboard Replacement Program (Manufacturing Fault)

There are multiple series of macbook with a keyboard manufacturing fault. I am using of of Macbook Pro 2016 which falls under keyboard replacement program. Unlucky i was not aware of such program and i was so busy that i couldn't search about it. When they keys of keyboard started frustrating me a lot than think of getting it replaced. When i tried to submit a complaint about this fault than i came to know about this replacement program. I talked to online support and they asked me to bring my notebook to any authorized Apple store. Today when i visited 'Future Tech' Apple Authorized Store in Lahore Pakistan, they told me that its been long ago the program has been expired for you. This is so frustrating. I asked her that what about paid replacement? They told me Rs.77,600 price which is almost equal to the price of this macbook. I cannot afford it, so i would request you to replace my keyboard for free as its the manufacturing fault and it will leave no option for me to switch to other brands due to too costly parts of Apple.
