Unable to reset

I bought a new iPad. After transferring all information to new one, I can’t reset my old iPad to manufacturer settings.

If you are having issues getting through steps 1-8 under "Remove your personal information from your old device", try rebooting the device. Also be sure to have it connected to the Internet as you perform these steps.
