Weird font?!

I believe it was when iOS 15 came out or sometime around then. On occasion, I would type the word “mom” and a weird TNR (Times New Roman)-like font would be used and it would automatically correct to this font. I don’t know what it is, or how to get rid of it. The Snapchat is from earlier this year, and the second one is as I was writing this. Is there any explanation?

Hey elliehume,

Looks like you're noticing some weird font in your predictive text. While there's no way for us to know for sure how that started, it's likely due to it being saved by selecting it in the far left of your predictive text options at some point in time.

If you'd like to though, you can reset this by going to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Keyboard Dictionary.

For more info, check out: Return iPhone settings to their defaults

Take care!
