Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I have an old iphone 6S that somehow got suck in the Apple logo.
I don't have a backup to restore and I followed the instruction to update the phone SW. 'm OK getting this phone back to factory settings.
However, I either get an error code 9 or error code 4013
Any idea what I can do to get this phone back working?

You can contact Apple directly by clicking on Contact Support at upper right corner of any forum page or you can make an appointment at the nearest Apple Store by using this link...

I did follow all the instructions but nothing worked. So, then the article suggests to "Contact us" which leads me to schedule an appointment in an app store for service.
I was hoping someone here can suggest something I can try at home.
