Restore MacBook Air M1

Hi,

I tried to install apple configurator 2 using my MacBook 2015 Intel version and I want to restore the M1 MacBook Air. But I cannot find apple configurator 2 in App Store.

Can't I restore the M1 using MacBook Pro Intel version?

How to install Apple Configurator 2 for MacBook Intel version/

Let me please.

Or are there a way to restore M1 without using any other Mac ?
