Homekit icon on apple tv 4k is gone

There is no Home app for Apple TV, neither pre-installed, nor in the App Store.

For HomeKit functionality through Apple TV (door cams, etc.), there should be a Home icon in Control Center. The Home icon may not show if none of the scenes, automations, or other controls have functionality for interaction through Apple TV (4th generation or later).

Searching the App store for "Home" returns many apps that include the word 'home' in them, but not the Apple iOS HOME app.

What information am I missing?

I gather there used to be a Home "app" on 2nd/3rd-gen (iOS-based) versions of Apple TV? You won't find Apple's Home app on tvOS (4th-gen/ATV HD + Apple TV 4K). I guess they figured folks could do all their Home app things on their iPhone, iPad or mac.
