Ping iPhone visual led is need for deaf people

Hi i am deaf hard hearing and i had a hard time to find sound pinging every direction but why not use led flash to see visual light for deaf can find flashing on iPhone when iPhone face down while i press my apple watch when i press ping to look for light flashing. Same as ringing and text led flash so please add on apple watch setting audio and visual to ping iPhone led flash easy way find see light for deaf. Deaf can't hear. Sound. Please add for apple watch accessibility setting.
