Deaf-Blind Pinging iPhone from Apple Watch

Is there a way to change the length of the sound when pinging your iPhone from your Apple Watch? If there is not currently a way to do so this needs to be in the future accessibility update. As a deaf-blind person (severely hard-of-hearing and blind) who will be using a hearing dog to locate the iPhone using this sound, it needs to be longer or continuous.
