Arizona just approved the use of a photo of my AZ driver's license for use when traveling. My Apple Wallet doesn't reflect this? When I hit the + icon I only see options for adding Debit or Credit Cards, Transit Cards or applying for an Apple Card. Does my Iphone 11Pro not support this?

I have this information. My question is why does the "add" button on my Apple Wallet not show an option to add my driver's license? That is the problem I am having.
