Are you having any issues with calls disconnecting while not in the car? Also, do calls connect and then instantly disconnect if you don't use Siri to place the call? Be sure to only try this when it's safe to do so. These steps can help to see if the issue is isolated to the car it's paired with. It may help to isolate even further by seeing if the same issue happens with all contacts, or just a particular one.
