I have installed parallels on a new iMac but can't figure out how to put windows 10 on. I have windows 10 downloaded to the desktop. My EMR system is not compatible with windows 11 which is the automatic download with parallels.

Use what apps you want of course, but I've had FAR better success with VMware Fusion and Windows. Of course I have no idea what iMac you have other than "iMac Line (2012 and later) so ......
If your new iMac is the latest 24" with the M1 processor then you cannot install Win10. You would need the ARM version of Windows that is in beta use.
