Website protection on MacBook Pro

Strange scenario. I login to a particular financial-related website on my MacBook Pro, Monterey 12.3.1. It is set up for two-factor authentication and it works. So, I try to login to the SAME WEBSITE from my Windows computer (occasionally necessary) but cannot do so. Tried everything and even the financial group is a bit perplexed; tried different browsers, even different Windows computers--says user name/pw wrong (not true). Is there something I could have done on my MacBook when I initially logged into this website that locked it from any other computer? Any help would be appreciated.

No, I am merely pointing out that this one website which I have on my MacBook seems to be locked onto my MacBook and I cannot access the website on my Windows computer OR on my iPad (another Apple product). Is there possibly something I clicked on when I set up this particular account on the web that makes it so secure I cannot get to it on any other computer? I thought I was posting in the Community forum?

No help there--the same site I cannot get into on my iPad--just the MacBook.

I am confused— so you now are saying iPad (?) is the issue. This would be iOS, and typically there is specific app supplied by a particular financial institution. Search the App Store on your iPad...

Verify your using iCloud keychain if you are not sharing passwords across devices.

Set up iCloud Keychain - Apple Support
