When I mirror Apple TV and Disney+ I can select the show but only get audio and a black screen. Mirroring other stations eg, BBCiPlayer, all work very well. I am using a Samsung smart TV and its mirroring app. Any ideas out there?

If you are mirroring using MacOS, try this for the Google Chrome Browser, go to Chrome Settings > Advanced > System, turn off Use hardware acceleration when available, Relaunch then try Disney+/Airplay again.
Safari does not allow you to turn this off.

app makers can choose to block airplay if they so choose, netflix been doing it for a long time, sounds like disney do too
