How to connect iPad pro to mac mini?

Hello, I have a 2021 M1 iPad pro 12.9”. I am looking to connect a mac mini M1 to my iPad but I don't have an external display. A few options I’m considering are

• using my sister’s Macbook Air (m1) for mac mini external display
• Side Car from iPad Pro
• Luna display (from astropad.com)

does anyone know if any of this is feasible? Or have any other suggestions?
