Continue button is greyed out when setting up MacBook Air

When setting up a new MacBook Air, on the country selection screen, the continue button is greyed out and I can’t continue with setup.

Hello Cedricjatta,



Be sure to try clicking on the desired country, even if it may seem to already be selected. It can also help to see if you can select a different country and have the Continue button appear to light up, but don't proceed with the incorrect option.


It may help to try restarting the Mac if it seems that it's unresponsive as well. Normally this is done via the Apple menu. If the device appears fully unresponsive, such as being unable to select other regions, you may try holding the power button down for a full 10 seconds, and power it back on.
