Is there any way to remove U2's album from Itunes if you're running itunes for Windows?
The support link posted doesn't work, as it requires an Apple serial number (in addition to the four-factor login).

The SOI removal tool has been broken for ages. Presumably Apple assumed that those who were bothered enough to want it removed from their purchase history would have done so already. You can either Hide the music from your purchase history, or reach out to Apple Support and ask them to permanently remove it for you.

Wait I may have solved it: I started iTunes with "Run As Administrator", deleted & hid the U2 album, and it didn't returned after restart.
It can't be hidden (it returns every restart), and I can't contact support because iTunes for windows has no serial number.
So I guess Windows users are just stuck with the U2 album.
