Contacts

I am unable to delete contacts from my phone and I see a message saying not all contacts were deleted some are read only

iPhone 11, iOS 15

Troubleshooting Non-Deleting Contacts:


Disable, then Enable Contact in iCloud:

Log into iCloud on the phone. Then, tap Contacts in iCloud settings, making it green.

  1. Go To: Settings
  2. Tap: Your Name (Top-Item)
  3. Tap: iCloud
  4. Tap: Contact (so that it is greyed out)
  5. Tap: Contact (so that it is green)
