Hi,

I would recommend confirming where your contacts were originally stored, as you can add Contacts using several different methods:

  • iCloud Contacts: Settings > Name > iCloud > make sure Contacts is enabled.
  • Mail account: Settings > Mail > Accounts > click on the affected account > make sure Contacts is enabled. You can also do this in Settings > Contacts > Accounts.
  • Exchange: use the app, or if you have your account connected to your Mail app, reference the steps above.
  • Synced with iTunes: Plug your device into iTunes on your Mac or PC > click Contacts pane > make sure you have Contacts checked and then sync your iPhone.

If all of your accounts are configured correctly, you can try to check your Groups in the Contacts app and make sure they are all selected. Contacts > Groups > show all contacts.
