I have a pair of airpod pros that my wife paired to her phone to try out. She removed it from her phone but I now get constant messages about unknown AirPods detected. I checked her iPhone and find my account and there’s nothing there about my AirPods. How do I get that cleared out!?

Troubleshooting AirPods Re-Paring:
A. Restart your iPhones:
Restart your iPhones, and then see it can then be paired. Perhaps it all needs to resync?

I repaired it with my wife’s phone, and removed it from BT which removed the iCloud tie to them. Repaired them to my phone and it SEEMS like it’s now tied back to my iCloud account so that it shouldn’t prompt me about the tracking issue.
HOWEVER, it’s now showing up under my wife’s find my device list, with no option to remove it.
Just as I sent the message it now allows me the option to remove it. Guess backend iCloud delay.
