Can I disable the alarm icon in the status bar of my iPhone on iOS 15.4.1? It’s so annoying.

Yes you can. Open the Clock app, and switch off the alarms that are activated.

If you have Bedtime enabled, then turn that feature off.

But I need the alarms, is there any way to disable the icon without disabling the alarms?

Okay, then unfortunately it is not possible to hide the alarm icon in the status bar as long as one or more alarms are activated.
