FCPX Compound Clips are glitchy

Hello friends, So I compounded some clips on fcpx and watching the playback there a lot of glitches. It doesn't flow smoothly. Is there a way to fix this?

Cannot seem to highlight them to delete frame although you can put the play head on the exact frame. If you leave them in and playback the video you just end up with a flicker effect in playback.

export creating out of place frames After exporting a video from FCPX, my clips almost always have a glitch in the top left hand corner of the frame. This rarely appears in my timeline on FCP, but always ends up showing up in my exported file. What's the cause of this problem? How do I go about fixing it? I've attached a still frame to this message to better visualize what I'm talking about.

It might need to be rendered for good playback

Did they play fine before compounding?

This is not usual.

We need to know more.

Mac model, OS version, FCP version, what media, drive, how is the drive connected, how full?
