Is there a way to switch the family share organizer? We have one account where we used to buy all of our apps for, but that wasn't tied to an individual. Is there a way to move all the purchases from this one account and move assign it to another member of the family? I would like to remove this "shared" account for media purchases on to mine.

You cannot move purchases from one account to another, nor change the family organizer. To select a different organizer from the current members one person would need to leave the family, create a new family share, and then each of the other members would need to transfer from one family to the other. Note you can only change families once a year.
