Muffled microphone for the first seconds

Hello!

Whenever I am trying to send a voice message or record a voice memo with my AirPods pro the microphone is muffled for the first seconds… The background noise is louder than my voice.

I have been to an Apple Store and they told me that everything is completely fine and they cannot do anything regarding it!

Please let me know if you found the solution for this issue!

Troubleshooting AirPods Microphone:

A. Interference:

This is likely an error with interference. So, start here: If your AirPods Pro make crackling or static sounds - Apple Support

B. If Used in a Closed Space:

Does it sound muffled? If you are using these in a closed room, then echos can come about.

Hello!

Thank you for your insight!

I have checked both aspects you have previously said, however the result is the same. I think it is more about the time the michrophone has to activate in order to record the voice message. It is strange since in the first months this connection was done directly, without this little lag.

I believe that the solution would be to wait a couple of seconds before talking. I will still make some tests.
