Autoplay Icon in Music App is Gone

This issue was discussed about a year ago, and I tried all of the suggestions in that thread and nothing worked for me. I’ve got an iPhone 12, software version 15.3.1. Every time I get in my car the same song from the music library starts playing, and there is no auto play icon to turn this off. Anyone have any new suggestions?

Autoplay disappeared in Apple Music So post updating to iOS 14.4.2 I have noticed that the autoplay feature in Apple Music has stopped working for me. The infinity ♾ logo too disappeared from my up next section. Only shuffle and repeat is present now. Anybody else noticed this ? Did apple kill this feature ?

IOS 14 Apple music Autoplay icon not appearing I was really excited about the Autoplay option for the Apple Music app on IOS 14. But unfortunately, I do not have the autoplay icon(Infininty loop) when I am on the 'Up Next' queue. Is there something I need to do to make it appear?
