Upgrading to AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss from AppleCare+

Hello, I have owned my iPhone 13 Pro since launch (September 2021). I paid if full for AppleCare+ for two years. I wanted to upgrade my coverage to AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss.


I went into the Apple Store with my phone and I was told it had to be done on-line. When I try to purchase on-line it prompts that my phone is already covered. Is it possible to upgrade?


Please advise.
