Apple TV SERVICE Not Playing Paid 4K Content

Within the last 48 hours, the Apple TV service (not the app or device) has stopped playing 4K content I've purchased on any device—television, appletv 4k, etc. Free content—such as the first episode of "Severance"—continues to play in 4K HDR as normal.

I believe there must be a glitch in my account. Presumably the purchase history has had some error introduced that makes it think I haven't purchased anything beyond 1080p content. And so it's limiting me to 1080p, except on the free content where there is no purchase history verification ping.

I've reset all concerned devices, etc., and done due diligence with hardware troubleshooting. This seems to clearly be a media services related issue.

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Community CaptPostMod,

The potential factors most likely to impact video quality, are the device(s) being used for playback, cables being used, and available bandwidth.
