I’ve had a subscription to Disney through Apple for a couple of years now though we haven’t used it much lately.
However, when I recently tried to access the channel, I’d been signed out and couldn’t sign back in. I’ve tried the “Forgot My Password” option, multiple times but nothing is ever sent to my home email.
A very unhelpful message tells me to contact “Help Center”.
Can any of you all be more helpful?

If you subscribed through Apple: See your subscriptions overview - Apple
Subscriptions on your Apple ID account can be restored (look for “Restore Purchases”), if present on your account from before or from a different device. No need to sign in or out. Or sign in through the Disney+ app on mobile, on the same home network.
