Can’t Watch My Disney+ Subscription on My AppleTV
I’ve had a subscription to Disney through Apple for a couple of years now though we haven’t used it much lately.
However, when I recently tried to access the channel, I’d been signed out and couldn’t sign back in. I’ve tried the “Forgot My Password” option, multiple times but nothing is ever sent to my home email.
A very unhelpful message tells me to contact “Help Center”.
Can any of you all be more helpful?
