Two phones, one ID - mirroring

I have a work and a personal iPhone, different numbers but same Apple ID.

i want to delete personal photos/apps etc from the work iPhone. Will my personal phone be affected on the next iCloud sync, or can I have different apps/photos etc on the different devices?

Two phones same account. I have two iPhones, one work and one personal. I "cloned" my personal to my business. I want to remove all of the pics from my work phone without them deleting from my personal. Is this possible? They are connected via iCloud.

Old Ipnone left on wifi and Apple Icloud I have an XR 10 and the old I phone I have I left on the cloud. So all my pictures are on both. On the 8, I started to turn the cloud off and it said it will delete the 12000 pics and videos on the old phone. However as I deleted one for the old phone before saying ok it took the photo off both phones.

If Both iPhones are associate with the Same Apple ID and both are signed into the same Account - yes it will affect the other iPhone
