I recently bought the latest iPad Air but there is a problem that happens when I leave the iPad on standby overnight. It loses about half of the battery percent every time. I only leave WiFi on and I have Background App Refresh disabled and no mail app. Any suggestions on a fix?

Since your iPad model is still covered by warranty, for your peace of mind I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.

Sorry about that, but we, just users like you, can't diagnose that issue remotely.
The only thing that comes to mind is that, if the device is brand new, it might take 5-7 days to optimize/stabilize the battery behavior.

I have already done that, diagnostic read back as 100% battery health and nothing helped fix the issue.
