Configurator could not perfor the requested action because "iPhone" is not booted

Hi,

I got an iPhone 13 Pro, which I am currently trying to enroll with Apple Configurator 2.

But I keep getting an error message, saying that the iPhone is not booted. However it is in the middle of compeleting the enrollment (Apple logo + progressbar on the screen).

This is but 1 of many iPhone/iPads I have enrolled. But it has only been an issue with the newer models released with iPhone 13. Here I do include the variations and the iPhone SE 3rd gen.

If I try and grab an older model e.g. iPhone 7, I get the same result.

I know there has been some updates that would require an Apple administrator to approve the new terms and agreements in the business manager. I already approved this.

I have attached a screenshot of the error message.

Quick overview of the setup:

Intune and Apple Business Manager tokens are valid.

MacOS 11.6.2 on the device enrolling from

MacBook Air from 2011.

Using original Apple USB to Lightning cable for enrollment

Apple Configurator version 2.15.1

Any idea how to get rid of this error message?
