iCloud storage
I cannot send or receive emails it says my data storage is full when I have actually paid for the largest package I think it’s 2 TB
Every time I go to increase the data it says I am on the the largest package

Hi there, make sure your phone is backed up, sign out of iCloud- restart your device and then sign back in. It should work now. Good luck
