Cannot recover from iCloud

On 3 Apr, Apple store changed a new phone(same model) for me as the mon is damaged. However, it took more than 10 hours to recover 20G data(including IOS) only by using Wi-Fi. As I need to work and take my phone, I found that the apps will start to download from 0. After asking advice,I resetted the phone for serval times and got the same results.

Again, from 9 Apr night, the recovery process have not been done. Could anyone know how to speed up it?I will try to put my phone at home today….

You need to keep the device connected to power so that wi-fi does not go to sleep. If you do this overnight it should finish. Make sure that it starts to download before you go to bed. It may require you to restart the iPhone after connecting to power to ensure that it starts.

ling888,

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do about the speed of the applications and files downloading. The amount of time that it takes depends on things such as, how fast your network connection is, and the speed of your device.
