iPhone Screen Time showing up to 24h usage

The Screen Time function on my iPhone SE is showing that is use random URL‘s for up to 24h a day. It used to be some imgur link which I don’t think i ever visited and now it is sites.google.com. It does not say which browser this is supposed to be. I use Microsoft Edge as my main browser and still have Safari installed. I already deleted my browser history on Safari and Edge and reset my Screen Time statistics. I am using the newest iOS Version, however this has already been like this before doing the 15.4.1 update.

I don’t believe that any of the apps that I have installed could be causing this. Or is this maybe a problem with Microsoft Edge?

This is really annoying because it makes it really difficult using screen time when everyday it says 24h sites.google.com.

Hello kiwioelhandel,

It sounds like you've noticed that a website is showing 24 hours of Screen Time use on your iPhone. We have a few steps we'd like you to try in order to isolate the cause of this:

Navigate to Settings > Background App Refresh. Check for the Microsoft Edge browser and turn off Background App Refresh temporarily to see if this is a website that could be running in the background.
Check Settings > Battery. See what is listed for your highest used app there. This might help to isolate the app that is causing the high report in Screen Time.
Update your iPhone: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Restart your iPhone.

Thank you for replying. I fixed the issue (for now) by deleting and then reinstalling Edge. Since doing that Screen Time has been working fine. I’ll have to wait and see wether this has resolved the problem completely or if it returns.
