I just bought iphone 13 pro max 256gb a week ago. It gets hot after few minutes of usage, first I thought that it’s because of transferring files from my previous iphone but now that the transfer is done it still gets hot even while charging.. If I am using safari or instagram it gets hot just after few minutes.
Will Apple replace my phone ???

In addition to what SravanKra suggested- Did you update to ios 15.4.1?
also try a force restart and make sure you use only apple certified charger and cable. Almost all phones heat up slightly while charging. If you think it gets very hot during normal day to day use- you can get it checked since your phone is under warranty.

In the US you can return it within 14 days of purchase.
Are you charging the phone with the case on? Try removing it. Also put the phone on charge, then switch it off and ket it charge while its off. Then see if it still heats up.
Same issue I am also having just bought the phone 20 days back. What’s your status with phone now?
I am using apple charger and cable and also its up to date.
